Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Matchbox Stories. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business day. Post that it takes 7-10 business days to deliver, dpending upon :

- Zone matrix
- Weather conditions
- Political and Local disturbances

 Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes  

The Matchbox Stories ships to addresses within India. (Shipping is possible for all pin codes) 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages 

Please take pictures of parcels while receiving from the courier guy along with videos of unboxing the parcel. In case of damage, please share those pictures and video proofs to us at hello@thematchboxstories.com. We will then initiate process from our end. We do not guarantee of the actions against non shot pictures and videos of opening of products.
