Returns, Refunds and Replacements
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of the damaged product within 5 days of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, looking into the situation.The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Once the order is placed it can be cancelled but can not be refunded.
Changes in your order information
In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com and we will help you out with it.
